HKS®-306 alkaline cyanide-free galvanizing process
Description:

 Main performance:

1. The bright zinc coating can be obtained by this process, the thickness distribution of the coating is uniform, and the uniform and beautiful blue passivation film can be obtained by trivalent chromium blue passivation. The obtained coating can be passivated in color, blue and black.

2. The coating has good extensibility and no brittleness, and can be used in high current density electroplating, which can meet the requirements of 30min baking without foaming and trivalent chromium color passivation without fogging.

3, It is suitable for hanging plating and rolling plating, the stability of plating solution is good, and there is no problem of decomposition products.

4, The coating is well positioned, which is more suitable for the workpiece with complex shape, especially for the workpiece of large shell type.

5, The corrosion resistance of the coating is good, and the corrosion resistance of the coating can reach a variety of corrosion resistance standards with passivation solution.

6, Does not contain complexing agent, belongs to environmental protection electroplating, wastewater treatment is simple.
